For alarms requiring traffic control and crowd management, the West Islip Fire Department can always count on the Fire Police Squad to act quickly and efficiently to ensure the safety of our members and the community. At this morning’s Department Meeting, the Chief’s Office unveiled the new Fire Police Ex-Captain board, which pays tribute to the leaders of the Squad both past and present.
